Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE)
Established on December 1, 1990, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) is a national securities trading venue approved by the State Council and supervised and managed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The main responsibilities of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange include providing venues and facilities for centralized securities trading, reviewing securities issuance and listing applications, organizing and supervising securities transactions, and carrying out investor education and protection. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange implements self-discipline management, with 122 members and 2 special members, and has established a sound governance structure.
